ADARAZ P.S.A.

Clock-ins from the reader straight to a Google spreadsheet

The RAZ-RCP-1 reader can add every clock-in to a spreadsheet in your Google Drive. You get your attendance list in the cloud, with no subscription and no server of ours in between.

How it works

The reader creates the spreadsheet

Once connected, the reader creates a spreadsheet in your Drive and adds every clock-in to it: date and time, person, card number and whether it was an entry or an exit.

Access to that one spreadsheet only

The reader asks only for the drive.file permission. It sees only the file it created itself, not the rest of your Drive, email or contacts.

No ADARAZ server in between

The reader connects to Google directly over an encrypted connection. The access token is kept only in the reader's encrypted memory.

Clock-ins also stay in the reader

The spreadsheet is a copy. The reader always stores clock-ins in its own memory, so nothing is lost even if the internet drops for a while.

How to connect

  1. In the reader's panel, open the integration settings and choose Google.
  2. The reader shows a short code. Go to google.com/device on your phone or computer, enter the code and sign in to your Google account.
  3. Approve access. The clock-in spreadsheet appears in your Google Drive.

You can disconnect at any time in the reader's panel or in your Google account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
