ADARAZ P.S.A.

Google integration privacy policy

Effective from 1 November 2026.

What the integration is

It is an optional feature of the RAZ-RCP-1 reader software. You turn it on in the reader's panel by signing in to your Google account with a code at google.com/device. From then on, the reader adds every clock-in to a spreadsheet in your Google Drive.

What the reader can access

The reader asks only for the drive.file permission: it can see and change only the files it created itself, that is the clock-in spreadsheet. It cannot see your other files, email, contacts or calendar.

What data it records

The spreadsheet receives clock-ins: date and time, person (as named in the reader's panel), card number and whether it was an entry or an exit. The reader does not read any data from your Google account other than what it wrote itself.

Where the data is and who can access it

The reader connects to Google directly over an encrypted connection. The access token is stored only in the reader, in encrypted memory. Data from Google and tokens are not sent to ADARAZ servers, and we have no access to your spreadsheet. Data from Google is used only to provide this feature: we do not sell it, share it or use it for advertising.

How to disconnect

You can disconnect at any time in the reader's panel, which then deletes the token from its memory, or in your Google account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions). The spreadsheet stays in your Drive until you delete it.

Employee data

The employer who connected the reader to their Google account is responsible for the employee data in the spreadsheet: they are its controller and decide who the spreadsheet is shared with. ADARAZ does not process this data as part of the integration.

Compliance with Google policies

RAZ-RCP-1’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
