Google integration terms of use
Effective from 1 November 2026.
The service
The Google integration is a free feature of the RAZ-RCP-1 reader software, provided by ADARAZ P.S.A., registered in Tychy, Poland. Using it is optional and not required for the reader to work.
Google account
You need your own Google account. Use of the Google account and Google Drive is subject to Google's terms. You are responsible for who has access to the account and who you share the spreadsheet with.
Clock-ins always stay in the reader
The reader is the source of the data: it stores all clock-ins in its own memory, regardless of the integration. The Google spreadsheet is a copy. The integration depends on internet access and on Google's services, so we do not guarantee that it will always be available.
Changes
We may change or withdraw the integration, for example when Google changes its services. We announce significant changes in the reader software release notes. Your spreadsheet remains your property.
Liability
We are not liable for interruptions of Google's services or for changes made to the spreadsheet by people you share it with. This does not limit your statutory rights, including consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. The purchase of the reader is governed by the shop terms or the Allegro terms of sale.
